- Item must be returned within the return window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Item must not be a final sale item: Certain items, such as personalized or special-order items, are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide required information: Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
- Ship the item back: Once you have received confirmation of return, please ship the item back to us at the address provided. The item must be properly packaged and shipped within 5 days of receiving the confirmation of return.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus 15% restocking fee.
- Exchanges: Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received. If the exchanged item is of a different value, you will be contacted to pay the difference or receive a refund.
Exceptions and Limitations
The following exceptions and limitations apply:
- Personalized or special-order items: These items are final sale and not eligible for returns, as well as items on sale.
- Sale or discounted items: Please note that certain items, including those marked as sale or discounted, are exempt from our return policy and are considered final sale. This means that all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
