Order Processing

Orders for in-stock items placed by 12:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped on the same day. For the most accurate shipping timeline, please refer to the ‘Estimated Delivery’ date in your cart, which reflects the shipping method selected.

Carrier Information

  • Standard shipping orders may be delivered by UPS, USPS, or a combination of both. Shipping addresses must be able to accept deliveries from either carrier.
  • Saturday, Next Day, 2-day, 3-day, and Ground shipping services are handled exclusively by UPS.
  • Priority Mail shipments are fulfilled via USPS.

Oversized Items

Orders containing oversized items will be shipped using ground or freight services, which may result in longer delivery times. Certain items may not be eligible for delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US Territories. Please note that drivers will deliver the item to the specified shipping address but are not required to assist with moving, unpacking, or setting up the product.

State Shipping Restrictions

Utah
In compliance with Utah state regulations, we are unable to ship any products to addresses within the state.

Maryland
Due to Maryland state laws, the following products cannot be shipped to Maryland addresses:

  • Machine-Made Cigars
  • Filtered Cigars
  • Cigars with Homogenized/HTL Wrappers

Washington State
Washington state regulations prohibit the shipment of the following products to addresses within the state:

  • Small Cigars (weighing 3 lbs per 1,000 or less)
  • Pipe Tobacco

California
Although all purchasers must be 21 years or older, California’s Senate Bill 39 requires additional steps for tobacco shipments:

  • Delivery of tobacco products must be confirmed via phone call after 5:00 PM PT on the day before shipment.
  • A signature from a person 21 or older is required upon delivery.

Additionally, to comply with these regulations, Carlin Antina cannot ship to PO Boxes in California and may be restricted from offering certain shipping methods within the state.
